Eastlink OnDemand is not included with Entry Level Basic TV service. Some content requires a subscription to the corresponding TV channel.

After 180 days, TiVo Stream DVR recordings will be deleted.

Any channels that are exchanged must remain on your account for a minimum of one (1) month. TV Channel Exchange is only applicable to certain business packages, please contact us to review available options.
