We can connect to our remote offices now about 50X faster and our centralized Dedicated Internet service is about 20X faster than before. Our staff in Moncton and St. John’s can now open files instantly, like being right in head office! Our increased productivity pricing jobs combined with the savings from a reduction in hardware, licences and about $5000.00 a year for data back-ups more than pays for these services each and every month. We used to spend about 10% of our IT time troubleshooting, but this just works, and in the rare event we have an issue we have 24/7/365 access to the Eastlink Network Operations Centre.
