Taxes and 911 fees, if applicable, are extra. A one-time connection fee of $70 is applied on your first Eastlink bill. In the event your service is
terminated or service plan is changed during the 24-month period, you may be
required to forfeit the remaining monthly credits. While travelling outside
Canada, roaming usage is applicable. Unlimited text, picture & video
messaging excludes premium and subscription-based messages.
1.
If you subscribe to a Rollover Data plan the following terms and conditions
apply:
a)
Starting on your second month of service any data you have not used by the end
of the month will be rolled over to the next month.
b) The
maximum roll over data you can have at any given time is equal to the monthly
data included in your Rollover Data plan. For example, if you subscribe to a
12 GB plan, the maximum amount of rollover data you can have at any given
time is 12 GB.
c) Rollover
data will expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan.
d) If
you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data
in your second month after your plan change.
e) Unused
data included in Travel Packs, Data Top-Up, and Bonus Data cannot be rolled
over.
2. If you subscribe to the Canada-US or the Can-US-Mex plan, the following terms and conditions apply: A) Starting on your second month of service any data you have not used by the end of the month will be rolled over to the next month. B) Your plan includes either 50 GB or 60 GB of rollover data, the maximum amount of rolled over data you can have at any given time is what is included within your plan (i.e., 50 GB or 60 GB). C) Rollover data will expire if you change plans, including to another Rollover Data plan. D) If you change to another Rollover Data plan, you will start to incur rollover data in your second month after your plan change. E) Canada-US plan: You may use your plan in the United States for a maximum of six months (182 days) per year, this is calculated from the date you subscribed to the plan. If your usage in the United States exceeds this limit, you may be contacted by Eastlink to change your plan, or the ability to use your plan in the United States may be removed. Calls made within the US to the US and Canada, and Canada within Canada and to the US are included. Long-distance rates will apply to calls made from the US to countries other than Canada and from Canada to countries other than the US. Data roaming fees will apply to data usage in the US that exceeds the allotment included in your plan. F) Can-US-Mex plan: You may use your plan in the United States, Mexico or a combination of the United States and Mexico for a maximum of six months (182 days) per year, this is calculated from the date you subscribed to the Canada/US/Mexico plan. If your usage in the United States, Mexico or a combination of the United States and Mexico exceeds this limit, you may be contacted by Eastlink to change your plan, or the ability to use your plan in the United States or Mexico may be removed. Calls made within the US to the US, US to Canada, US to Mexico, within Mexico to Mexico, Mexico to Canada, Mexico to US and Canada within Canada, Canada to the US and Canada to Mexico are included. Long-distance rates will apply to calls made from the US to countries other than Canada and Mexico, from Mexico to countries other than Canada and the US, and from Canada to countries other than the US or Mexico. Data roaming fees will apply to data usage in the US or Mexico that exceeds the allotment included in your plan. 3. Eastlink’s
Unlimited Data plans include two high-speed data allotments, one for use on
Eastlink’s network and one for use nationwide on extended coverage (extended
coverage represents access to partner networks across Canada). The price of the
plan and size of the data allotments depends on the plan selected. Once your
high-speed Eastlink and/or Nationwide data allotment has been depleted you will
continue to enjoy unlimited data for no additional cost at a reduced speed, up
to 512kbps (upload/download) for the applicable data, until the beginning of
your next billing cycle. The download and upload speed of the high-speed data
will depend on geographic location and other conditions. If you subscribe to
easyTravel, international data usage will count towards your allotment for

4. If you received a one-time credit at the time of purchase, the credit was based
on your service plan. Changes to your plan and/or termination of your service
may require you to repay part or all of the credit, regardless of how the
one-time credit was applied to your account.

If you received a credit at the time of purchase that lowered your monthly rate
for a period of time, you will receive the credit each month, during the
applicable period, while you are with Eastlink and your account remains in good
standing. In the event that you cancel the relevant service with Eastlink
before the credit period has expired, or if your account is not in good
standing, you forfeit the remaining credit balance. In the event your credit is
related to your easyTab contribution payment and you pay off part or all of your
tab before the credit period has expired, you may be required to forfeit the
remaining credit balance.
6.
Where applicable, porting credits will be applied within 60 to 90 days
following activation. The porting credit will be amortized on a monthly basis
over the Term noted above.
Should
you cancel this Service Agreement prior to the end of the Term noted above you
must pay Eastlink the unamortized balance of this porting credit at the time of
cancellation.
